This piece being my submission for The Virtual Paintout was purposely done in watercolors with lots of trees and greenery(wanted to get rid of my phobia). At one point while painting this, I completely gave up.It looked awe full but then thought of at least completing it.The result is not as bad as it looked at one point but still screwed up the shadows.Definitely need more and more practice.

I know what you mean about painting foliage but-I have to say-you've created a bright pool of light back there in the park...not an easy thing to do. Nice.
ReplyDeleteThanks Rock for your words of encouragement.
ReplyDeleteYou're really a good artist. The pattern of using color is very nice. Painting sunshine and shadow is really amazing.
