Finally, I did what I had been planning for quite some time now,doing a portrait in color.I was more comfortable doing pencil portraits but thought I should take a step further and try something that was really challenging for me.After my few attempts with pastels,I felt like doing a portrait in this medium as I could use it more or less like a pencil.I am happy with how it turned out.Working on that beard was the most difficult part.
Beautiful, not only his beard, but the freckles on the corners of the eyes and forehead are also good.
