Down The Muddy Lane

While painting this piece I was reminded of the hot sunny days ahead.People have been waiting for spring   desperately in some parts of the world but here in my state,in India, winter is very short lived. Before you actually feel it,its gone. This year though,it lasted a little longer than usual.Woolens finally had their turn to see the outside world. But now again, one can feel the rising temperature, the harsh sun and hot and humid weather will be soon here again.:(

  1. Very nice, Yasha. Love your title, as here in Maine USA we have have so much snow that we will have what we call "mud season" this year before Spring where all the dirt roads and yards are soggy for weeks unless we have a sudden burst of warmer weather. We had record amount of snow this year. Sometimes one has to learn to love mud. :)

  5. Yasha, nicely done! I like the clothes on the line that lead your eye down the lane to the tractor. Such good composition! You can be proud of taking what scenes are available and producing art!!
