Ceaseless Flow-SOLD

Last ten days or so had been extremely busy for me.Never found enough time to paint.I am glad this weekend I managed to paint something. This is a quick watercolor work which is done from a photograph that I clicked a few years back when I visited Simlipal National Forest with my family.Have some great memories of the trip. Not very satisfied  with the way this piece turned out but I was simply happy to paint something. This piece also goes as my first entry to the blog In The Moment Challenge where the topic for the challenge is "Tranquil".

My cousin is getting married on 20th of this month and so, I will be away from the painting zone for some more time but I am super excited for a family get together. Wishing all a very happy Valentine's Day.:)

  6. AWESOME painting. It looks more like a real photograph.
Would have put it as my desktop wallpaper, but the size is too small. :)
    Nice work.

  9. Lovely painting, Yasha. It has a nice calming feel to it. It's funny, but we have a similar looking flow of water near where I live. I almost thought it was the same place!

  11. The composition is very strong, nice shadows. The greens are so soft and the touches of yellow and blue are perfect. Definitely a place to relax and enjoy the tranquility. Thank you for a wonderful submission to "In the Moment".
